These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FeeWise application and services ("Service"), operated by ZschoolPlus ("we", "us"). By purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
FeeWise is provided on a yearly subscription basis. The Single plan permits use on one (1) device; the Sync plan permits use on up to two (2) devices with data synchronisation. Each subscription is valid for one (1) year from the date of activation. An activation key is issued per subscription and is bound to your device(s); it must not be shared, resold or redistributed.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in connection with managing your own institute’s records. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for safeguarding your account and activation key.
Subscription payments are collected through Cashfree Payments. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) on our Pricing page. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details; these are handled by the payment gateway.
The Service is offline-first and stores your data on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups. Optional cloud sync is provided for the Sync plan. We are not liable for data loss arising from device failure, uninstallation or user error.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by you for the then-current term.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
