Refund & Cancellation Policy

FeeWise (operated by ZschoolPlus) sells yearly software subscriptions delivered digitally as activation keys. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation

Our subscriptions are one-time yearly purchases and do not auto-renew. There is no recurring charge to cancel. You may choose not to renew at the end of your term.

Refunds

• If you have purchased a subscription but the activation key has not yet been activated on any device, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Because the product is a digital licence, once an activation key has been activated on a device, the sale is generally considered final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Email feewiseapp@gmail.com from your registered email with your order reference and reason. We respond within 2 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Cashfree within 5–7 business days. Timelines may vary depending on your bank/UPI provider.
