Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FeeWise (operated by ZschoolPlus) handles your information.

Information we collect

• Account identity: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile to create your FeeWise account.
• App data: student, course, fee, receipt, faculty and attendance records you create are stored primarily on your device (offline-first). For the Sync plan, this data is stored securely to enable synchronisation across your two devices.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Cashfree. We receive a payment confirmation and order reference, but we do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use information

To provide and activate your subscription, issue and email your activation key, enable optional cloud sync, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

We use Google (sign-in), Cashfree Payments (payments) and Cloudflare (licence activation infrastructure). These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Data retention & your rights

We retain account and subscription records for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing feewiseapp@gmail.com.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
